Customer: One of the shareholders with significant share but not a majority shareholder, not involved in the Company management.

Description of the intervention: in the light of a short term change in the shareholding structure of the Company, the shareholder wants to evaluate to detect the majority involving a Private Equity Fund. Analysis of Company (strategy, organization, technology, market, economic/financial aspects), business sustainability and international potential growth; analysis is completed with the evaluation of the spectrum of different possibilities.
